ChurchScheduler is an easy to use ministry scheduling program which allows the creation of fully customized schedules for any church function. This ministry scheduler program is family-oriented, so that family members will be scheduled for the same service as often as is possible.

What is ChurchScheduler?

ChurchScheduler is a ministry scheduling software program that is designed to generate schedules with tremendous ease. Once the user enters in the information (i.e. Lay ministers, volunteers, etc. and their preferences into a database), ChurchScheduler can then produce a schedule quickly. ChurchScheduler is completely flexible. In one case, you might be scheduling people for weekly ministries at multiple church services, and then simply by opening another file, you can be generating a schedule for daily duties for teachers at school, or meetings and volunteers to bring refreshments, provide recreation, etc., or .... the possibilities are endless.

What about special circumstances: forcing someone to be or not to be scheduled? No problem, in just a few clicks, you can omit or enforce people according to your needs.

Who needs ChurchScheduler?

ChurchScheduler is particularly designed for scheduling large amounts of people for multiple tasks that are on a repetitive cycle (i.e. weekly, daily, etc.)
The ChurchScheduler program was originally developed for scheduling people on a weekly basis for the various ministries within a Church Service. For example on every weekend, you might need 2 Lectors, 4 Ushers, 3 Servers, etc. and you might have 3 Services on each weekend. This scheduling program is designed just for that. Simply enter the families into the database with each family member's preferences as to which service he or she would like to attend and each ministry he or she serves, and the program will do the hard work in a very unique way: with Family Focus.

ChurchScheduler is designed so that you create your own scheduling criteria. You set it up however you would like, hence with that flexibility, ChurchScheduler can be used by anyone who has a need to schedule people for whatever task you put in your design.
